LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE)

We deliver our products locally via J&T Express. Please ensure that the receiver’s name, address, postal code and mobile number are accurate on your order. You will receive an SMS notification from our delivery provider, J&T, when your order is on it’s way to your local shipping address. 

We also offer free pick-up from our stores within Singapore. 

* Subject to placing your order before 1pm on working days. All orders after Friday 1pm will be processed the following Monday.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping charges applies. Crossing Wallets will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically with DHL Express or Ninja Van, and do not include any customs and duties.

TERMS OF USE

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable for.

Also, if you entrust others to receive the package on your behalf, The Wallet Shop will not bear the responsibility in the case of loss or damage arising from this entrustment. However, we will do what we can on our end to verify this entrustment before handing the package over. The Wallet Shop reserves the rights to fulfill/unfulfill/cancel any order(s) if the item(s) does not pass the Quality Checks done by our warehouse.

Kindly ensure that the delivery address and the receiver’s name are correct. Returns due to incorrect addresses will be charged for a new shipping fee.

Delivery to restricted addresses and locations will be treated as void shipments. If in cases where a delivery address falls within a restricted address, we will not be responsible for re-delivery requests. Please make sure that your delivery address that is stated in your order does not fall into this category of addresses and locations. Common restricted addresses include, military/naval/airforce camps/bases, airports, prisons, high security buildings, restricted government offices, embassies, off shore islands, etc.
